Standards & Ethical Policies of VMRJ

The decision regarding the publication of submitted articles in the Journal lies with the editor of the article, who may make such determinations in consultation with other editors and reviewers.

If an author has utilized previously published work or work under review, they must reference the prior work in their manuscript and explain how their current work adds to the existing literature.

Authors are expected not to publish the same manuscript in multiple journals or conferences, as this is considered unethical and unacceptable.

Authors should acknowledge all individuals who contributed to their research by listing them as co-authors with their consent.

If an author’s research involves the use of hazardous materials, the manuscript must include a statement confirming compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as approval from the appropriate academic committee.

VMRJ is granted first publication rights for manuscripts, while authors retain the copyrights to their work.

Authors should promptly report any significant errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in their manuscript to the journal. Failure to do so may result in immediate rejection if the reviewing board discovers such issues later on.
